Language on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Geyer's Markets, Inc., dba Geyer's Super Valu an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit and a holder of a liquor agency store who is engaged in the business of operating a grocery store at 230 Portland Way, N., Galion, Ohio 44833 in this precinct?[1][2]
