Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Amvets Post 1979 Polk Township, also known as AMVETS, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a community-oriented, non-profit charitable organization at 420 Harding Way E., Galion, OH 44833 in this precinct?[3]
