Two Garfield Heights City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Garfield Heights which is in Cuyahoga County.
Both measures were defeated[1]
There were two charter amendment measures in the city, the first amendment sought to set rules for selecting members to the charter review committee and the second measure sought to make it that photo monitoring devices would only be allowed in school are park areas.[2]

Amendment 1 The question on the ballot:
| Shall Section 57 of the Charter of the City of Garfield Heights be amended to allow each councilman to select 1 member and the Mayor 2 members to the Charter Review Committee? |
Amendment 2 The question on the ballot:
| Shall the Charter of the City of Garfield Heights be amended by enacting Sections 59-2 and 59-4 permitting Photo-Monitoring Devices in school zones and/or park and recreation areas only? |
