The question on the ballot:
|Shall the Town Council of the Town of Garfield adopted Resolution 2011-03, concerning a proposition to finance street maintenance and repair and street improvements for the Town of Garfield? This proposition would authorize the Town to collect an excess property tax levy upon all taxable property within the town in the amount of $55,000, an estimated 2.59 or less, per one thousand dollars of assessed value in the year 2011, for collection in 2012. Should this proposition be approved?|
