Oxley was born March 30, 1961 in Sacramento, California. He was raised in Lincoln, California. [1]

Career

Oxley works as an a nurse specializing in emergency room, open heart recovery, and ICU.[1] He also serves as the Director of Nursing and Regional Corporate Director of Nurses.[1]
