Gary Banz (b. December 7, 1945) is a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 101st District since 2004.
Banz received his Bachelor of Science from Southern Nazarene College in 1968. He earned his Masters in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1973. He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970, and in the United States Army Reserves from 1982 to 1990. He worked as public educator from 1970 to 1998. Banz and his wife, Linda, have six children.
