Shall the Township of Geneva, Midland County, Michigan increase the limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be imposed for all purposes upon real and personal property in the Township, as provided in Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963, as amended, by one-half (0.5) mill ($0.50 per $1,000.00) of taxable valuation as finally equalized, for a period of four (4) years (2012 through 2015, inclusive), which levy would provide estimated revenues to the Township of $14,148.41 in its first calendar year if approved and levied, for the purpose of providing for fire department operations and equipment funding?
