A Genola Building Lot Size Referendum was on the November 3, 2009 ballot in Utah County for voters in the Town of Genola, Utah.[1]

The veto referendum was an effort by a group of citizens to overturn an ordinance passed by the Genola City Council in December 2008 that allows developers to count streets toward lot size. This means that homes could be built on lots smaller than the 2.5 acres mandated by the city.
