A German Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of German which is in Harrison County.

This measure sought to renew the current road levy which is set at a rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for general construction and repair costs of roads in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of German Township for the purpose of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, RESURFACING AND REPAIR OF ROADS at a rate not exceeding two (2) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
