A Gilead Township Cemetery Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Gilead which is in Morrow County.

This measure sought to add to the current cemetery levy by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for operational and maintenance costs of the cemeteries in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of Gilead Township for the purpose of OPERATING AND MAINTAINING CEMETERIES at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
