Girard City Senior & Garbage Levy Renewals, 3 (November 2011)
Three Girard City Senior & Garbage Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Girard which is in Trumbull County.
All three measures were approved
The first measure seeks to renew the current senior levy which is set at a rate of 1.8 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for maintaining and operating senior service centers in the city.
- YES 2,320 (72.09%)
- NO 898 (27.91%)
The second measure seeks to renew the current garbage levy which is set at a rate of 1.1 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for the collection and disposal of garbage in the city.
- YES 2,372 (74.83%)
- NO 798 (25.17%)
The third measure seeks to renew the current senior levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill for a further five years in order to continue to pay for the collection and disposal of garbage in the city.[1]
