Glen "Stocky" Stockwell was a 2012 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from Washington.

Stockwell was a 2010 Republican candidate for District 9, Washington State House of Representatives.

Stockwell runs an economic development organization.[1]

Stockwell ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Washington. He was seeking the nomination as a Republican and faced incumbent Maria Cantwell (D), Timmy Wilson (D), Michael Baumgartner (R), Art Coday (R), Mike the Mover (R), Chuck Jackson (R), and Will Baker (Reform Party) in the August 7 primary. The top two vote-getters in the primary, regardless of party, will be on the general election ballot.[3] He was defeated in the primary.[4]

Glen Stockwell ran for the Washington State House of Representatives District 9b. He was opposed by Republican Joe Schmick in the August 17th, 2010 primary and was defeated by him in the November 2, 2010 general election. [5]
