The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Goshen Township Memorial Park, for the purpose of DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE TOWNSHIP MEMORIAL PARK DISTRICT AND PURCHASING, APPROPRIATING, OPERATING, MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING LAND FOR THE PARK FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES, at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
