A Grand Rapids Township Fire Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Grand Rapids to increase property taxes by 2.35 mills ($2.35 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 20 years in order to fund a new fire station.[1]
