SHOULD THE VILLAGE OF GRAND RIDGE PERMIT THE OPERATION OF PROPERLY EQUIPPED GOLF CARTS ON VILLAGE STREETS HAVING A POSTED SPEED LIMIT OF 35 MILES PER HOUR OR LESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 11-1426.1 OF THE ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE?[3]
