A Grandview Heights Library Levy Replacement measure was on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the Grandview Heights library district, which is in Franklin County where it was approved.

This measure replaced the most recent library levy which was set to expire with one set at a rate of 2.5 mills for a period of five years in order to continue to pay for operational costs of the library.

Library official noted that the current levy provides nearly 26 percent of the library budget so the replacement levy is important to maintain current services offered.[1]
