A Grandview School District Replacement Levy measure was on the February 9, 2010 ballot in Benton and Yakima Counties for voters in the Grandview school district.

This measure sought to replace an existing levy that was set to expire. The money from this levy will be used for educational maintenance and operational expenses for the district. The levy will be in the amount of $1.68 per $1,000 of assessed property value starting in 2011, increasing to $1.73 per $1,000 of assessed value in 2014.[2]

The Board of Directors of Grandview School District No. 116/200 adopted Resolution No. 12, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, upon all taxable property within the District, for support of the District's General Fund educational maintenance and operation expenses:
