The Board of Commissioners of Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 2 adopted Resolution No. 2011-05 concerning a proposition to finance maintenance, operations and capital facilities. This measure would ensure the continued delivery of fire protection and emergency medical services by restoring the 2011 property tax levy to $1.36 per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation for collection in 2012 and authorizing a limit factor of 106% of each of the five succeeding years (but not to exceed a levy rate of $1.36). The maximum allowable levy in 2016 shall be used to determine future increases as allowed by Chapter 84.55 RCW.
