The question on the ballot:

Shall Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 8 be authorized to levy a regular property tax in the sum of $0.50 per one thousand dollars of assessed valuation each year for six consecutive years beginning in 2011 to be collected in 2012, for the provision of no fee Basic Life Support Emergency Medical Service Ambulance, all as provided in Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 8 Resolution No. 2010-012 and the laws of the State of Washington, RCW 84.52.069?[3]
