A Green Perrysville Fire District Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the Green Perrysville fire district area which is in Ashland County.

The measure was approved

YES: 316 (79.40%) a
NO: 82 (20.60%)^[1]

This measure sought to renew the current district levy which was set at a rate of 2 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the district.^[2]
