Language on the ballot for Local Option 1:

Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted by Par Mar Oil Co Inc., doing

business as Par Mar Store 44, an applicant for a C-1 and C-2 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a convenience store at 2943 SR. 141, Green Township, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631 in this precinct?[1][2]

Language on the ballot for Local Option 2:

Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight

by Par Mar Oil Co. Inc., doing business as Par Mar Store 44, an applicant for a C-1 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a convenience store at 2943 SR 141, Green Township, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631 in this precinct?[1][2]
