Biography
White has extensive experience in energy and telecommunication policy. He has served as a legislative liaison to the Michigan Public Service Commission. He also served as a liaison to the Department of Energy, Labor, & Economic Growth from the Public Service Commission. He served as a representative to both the Michigan Legislature and the U.S. Congress with respect to energy, utilities, telecommunications, and the motor carrier industries.[1]
