A Gridley Unified School District bond proposition, Measure C was on the June 5, 2012 ballot for voters in the Gridley Unified School District in Butte County.

This measure was defeated; if voters had approved it, the school district would have been authorized to borrow $11 million.

A 55% supermajority vote was required for approval.
