A Gustavus Township Road Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Trumbull County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Township of Gustavus to renew a property tax levy of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads and bridges in the Township.[1]
