Guy Liebmann (b. April 27, 1936) is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives representing District 82 from 2004 to 2013.

Liebmann earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma in 1958. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1959 to 1961. He works in investments. He and his wife, Judy, have three children.
