Proposition 1, Restriction of Indoor Smoking was on the October 6, 2009 ballot ballot in Haines Borough.

This proposition sought to eliminate the ability to smoke indoors, citing public health reasons and concerns about second hand smoke for those unwillingly exposed.

Unofficial results: This measure was passed with a vote of 55.33% in favor.[1]
