Proposition 2, Financial Disclosure Localized Law Creation was on the October 6, 2009 ballot ballot in Haines Borough.
This proposition sought to create localized financial disclosure reporting requirements for the borough, where as now the borough follows state laws on disclosure reporting.
Unofficial results: This measure was defeated with a vote of 55.29% against.[1]
