Hal Miller was a Democratic candidate for District 64 in the Utah House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.[1]

Miller ran in the 2010 election for Utah House of Representatives District 64. Miller was defeated by Republican incumbent Rebecca Lockhart in the general election on November 2, 2010. Miller was unopposed in the Democratic primary election on May 8, 2010.[2][3]
