The question on the ballot:

Shall Harbor Springs Public Schools, Emmet County, Michigan, borrow a sum of not to exceed Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,900,000) and issue its general obligation, unlimited tax bonds in one or more series for the purpose of: acquiring and installing technology, technology infrastructure, safety and security improvements, furnishings and equipment in school facilities; and purchasing new school buses.[3]
