Campaign themes

Goerger states that if elected, he will approach each piece of legislation with the following questions:[2]

"1. First and foremost everything is viewed through the US Constitution and the North Dakota Constitution. Does it infringe on the peoples and states rights or does it elevate these rights to the top priority? When our personal rights to choose are gone, so is our freedom! 2. Is it fiscally responsible and sustainable, if not then a different solution needs to be developed. 3. Does it benefit 1 or 2% of the people, there are other solutions that need to be developed. If it positively impacts the majority, then it is well on its way to approval."
