Harold Ritchie (b. May 24, 1949) is a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He has represented the 75th District since 2004.

Ritchie is President of the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home.

He is a member of the Democratic Caucus, and the Louisiana Rural Caucus.[1]
