Biography
Brooks attended the University of Tennessee. He then received his BA in Speech/Communication from Carson-Newman College in 1969. Brooks has worked as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Brooks served as a member of the Knox County School Board from 1992 to 1996. He has been the President of Security Services since 1997.
