Hawaii Appointment of Tax Review Commission, Amendment 2 (2000)

Hawaii Amendment 2 was on the November 7, 2000 election ballot in Hawaii. It passed, with 70% of voters in favor. It would appoint a tax review commission every ten years instead of every five years, starting in the year 2005.[1]
