Hawaii Reapportionment Commission to hold final public hearing Sept. 16

Honolulu, Hawaii: On September 16, the Hawaii Reapportionment Commission will hold its final public hearing. In the past three weeks, the Commission has held 13 hearings around the state to gather public input on the preliminary redistricting maps adopted by the Commission in August. The deadline for final plan adoption is September 26, 2011.[1]
