Health Care for All - California(HCA) is a 501(c)4 nonprofit organization that was founded in 1995. HCA "regards health care as a human right and is dedicated to ensuring that all Californians have comprehensive, reliable, and affordable health care. Universal health care is critical to the health, security, and economic well-being of our country."
