A Henry County Health District Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in Henry County.
The measure was approved
- YES: 4,261 (58.09%)
- NO: 3,074 (41.91%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current health levy with one set at a rate of $.12 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for general operational costs of the district.[2]
