Biography
Perea earned his degree in Political Science from California State University Fresno and he graduated from the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2006. His professional experience includes serving as a council member of the City of Fresno, serving from 2002 to 2010, as president of that city council in 2007 and as intern/district representative for Representative Cal Dooley of the United States House of Representatives.
