Henry "Hank" Wilkins (b. December 13, 1954) has been a Democratic member of the Arkansas Senate since 2000. He represents the 5th district.
Education
Wilkins earned his BA from the University of Michigan in 1975. He went on to receive his MDiv from Saint Paul Seminary in 1981. He later earned his PhD from Philander Smith College.
Professional experience
Wilkins has worked as a professor. He is currently a United Methodist Pastor.
Political experience
Wilkins served in the Arkansas State House of Representatives from 1998 to 2000. He joined the Arkansas State Senate in 2000 and has served in that position since. He is currently Assistant President Pro Tempore, representing the 5th district.
