Four Highland Heights City Charter Amendment measures was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Highland Heights which is in Cuyahoga County.

All four measures were approved[1]

There were four charter amendment measures, the first dealt with extending the term limits of council members, the second will eliminate the term full time from the council employment section of the charter, the third will eliminate the term full time from the Mayoral employment section and the last will move the appointment of the director of Finance from the duties of the Mayor.[2]

Shall Article IV, Section 4.01 of the Charter of the City of Highland Heights be amended to such that all council members shall serve four (4) year terms instead of serving two (2) year terms, with at-large members terms beginning on January 1, 2014 subsequent to the 2013 election and for ward council member terms beginning on January 1, 2016 subsequent to the 2015 election, thereby creating staggered terms?
