A Hocking County Community Food Center Program Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hocking County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the county of Holmes to renew a property tax levy of 0.25 mills ($0.25 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund home delivered food t older and needy people.[1]
