The question on the ballot:
|A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services District (317 Board) (Athens, Hocking and Vinton Counties) for the purpose of the operation, acquisition, construction, renovation and maintenance of the mental health and recovery services and facilities at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
