|“||Shall the previously approved levy of one-tenth of a mill ($.10 for each $1,000 of taxable value of all property), within the City of Holland, Ottawa and Allegan Counties, Michigan, be renewed for a period of five (5) years, beginning in the 2013 calendar year, and ending December 31, 2017, for the purposes of supporting the planning, promoting, acquiring, constructing, improving, enlarging, extending, owning, maintaining, and operating the landing/navigational and building facilities of the West Michigan Regional Airport by the West Michigan Airport Authority formed by a Resolution and Agreement among the City of Holland, the Township of Park, and the City of Zeeland? If approved and levied in its entirety in the first calendar year of the authorization, this millage would raise an estimated $92,800 in the City of Holland.||”|
