Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property (both homestead and non-homestead) in the Holland Area Community Swimming Pool Authority (whose geographic boundaries are coterminous with those of the Holland School District) be increased in the amount of .85 mills ($.85 on each $1,000) on taxable value for a period of three (3) years, 2011 through 2013, inclusive, to provide funds to enable the Authority to own, operate, and maintain a community swimming pool and shall the Authority be authorized to levy said tax? If this millage is approved and levied, it is estimated that it will result in a revenue increase of $1,026,547 being collected by the Authority in the 2011 calendar year.[3]
