Hollis Harper was a Democratic candidate for District 91 of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. The primary election was on July 27, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Harper ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 27. He was defeated by incumbent Mike Reynolds (R) in the general election.[1] Reynolds won his fifth term.
