Holly Boltjes-Johnson was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 9 of the South Dakota State Senate.[1]

Elections for the office of South Dakota House of Representatives will take place in 2014. A primary election took place June 3, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 25, 2014. Incumbent Paula Hawks and Holly Boltjes-Johnson were unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Steve Hickey and Bob Deelstra were unopposed in the Republican primary. Boltjes-Johnson withdrew after the primary, and was replaced by Becky Jaspers on the general election ballot. Hawks, Jaspers, Deeltra and Hickey will face off in the general election.[1][2]

Boltjes-Johnson ran in the 2012 election for South Dakota House of Representatives District 9. Boltjes-Johnson and Mark Anderson ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5. She was replaced by Paula Hawks on the general election ballot.[3]
