Howard Richman was a Democratic candidate for District 149 of the Connecticut House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 10, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.


Richman earned a B.S. in Communications, with an emphasis in Television Production, from Syracuse University in 1975. His professional experience includes working as a magazine account executive with Conde Nast Publications from 1983 to 1995 and with Time Inc., from 1995 to 1996. He currently works as a publishing executive with the American Diabetes Association.[1]

Richman was unopposed in the August 10 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Republican Livvy Floren in the November 2 general election.[2][3]


Richman resides in Greenwich, Connecticut.[4]
