Howie Hawkins (b. December 8, 1952, San Francisco, CA) was the Green Party nominee candidate for Governor of New York in the 2014 elections. Howie Hawkins lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Hawkins was the 2010 Green Party candidate for Governor of New York. He previously ran for the United States House of Representatives in 2008.
