The Idaho Bail Amendment did not appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the state of Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have made it difficult for repeat or career defenders to be allowed bail. The measure was being highly lobbied for by Geneva Long, whose daughter was murdered by Maurice Clemmons when he opened fire on four police officers, including Long's daughter, just six days after posting bail for raping a child and failing to appear in court.

The measure did not appear on the 2010 ballot, but may appear in a future ballot. Legislative session ended without the measure being sent to the ballot.
