The Idaho Farm Bureau, also known as the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF), was founded in 1939. It is a non-profit, 501(C)(5) organization of farm families that is affiliated with the larger American Farm Bureau Federation. Each county in the state has a bureau that farm families can join. As a non-profit membership organization, the IFBF earns revenue from member dues. Further, although the IFBF is a non-partisan organization, it does work to advocate for the interests of its members.
