The Idaho Public Hospital Financing Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 111, was on the November 5, 1996 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded options available for public hospital financing, provided that hospital revenues and not tax revenues are used to pay the debt.[1]
